Hope Elizabeth Interior Design offers bespoke interior design services in the Cincinnati area and travel destinations. We collaborate with clients to create refined spaces with a true wow factor. Our boutique approach enables every client to receive a very personalized experience working directly with our team throughout the whole process. From the first meeting until the reveal and toasting your new dream space, our work is in-depth and highly detailed.

Elizabeth travels the world to find inspiration, unique sources and one of a kind pieces for her projects.
Elizabeth "Betsy" Schmidt is the founder and chief designer at Hope Elizabeth Interior Design. Betsy graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Design from the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, and Art (DAAP). She has been working as an interior designer for more than 30 years and has owned her own business since 1997. What sets Betsy apart from other designers is her talent, travel, training, resources, team, and most importantly, her ability to make every project fun for her clients.

The smallest details can make a real impact when it comes to designing a space, and Hope is a seasoned professional, who knows how to bring these details together to create a seamless design experience.
Hope is a native Cincinnatian living just minutes from the office in Hyde Park. After attending Miami University and receiving a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, she joined the team, living out her dream of working alongside her mom, Elizabeth, in the design field. Hope brings fresh thinking, fun, creative problem solving, resourcefulness, and the highest level of detail and followthrough to every project. She's developed strong relationships with clients and furniture and decor suppliers alike - giving clients an edge on trends, timing, and procurement of high-end pieces.

Isabella "Bella" Saba is our office assistant. Bella is currently working towards a Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate in the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati while she interns with us.
She is also a graduate of Summit Country Day School, property manager for two apartment buildings and free-lance photographer of 5 years.
